It's a weighted mix of three things: Valuation Fit (is the asking multiple inside your target range?), Profit Margin (SDE divided by revenue — how much the owner actually pockets), and Data Hygiene (is the listing complete, or is half the numbers section a mystery?). You set the weights, we do the arithmetic. Always adds up to 100.
